@R.Whitebear thank you for providing these pictures. As a newer grower, I am always walking that fine line of defoliation- thinking I'm taking too much vs not enough. I used to think I was going to cause intersex plants if I removed too many fan leaves. thank you for your guidance!

How have you been oldhippy? how's your Mantis experience going?
Hello brother. Everything is cool. Mantis has excelled in regards to root development. Quick and plentiful. They are so white and healthy looking. I'm beginning week 3 of flower now. One negative thing I've experienced is some leaf discoloration. At first glance I thought to add some CalMag but based on comments by you and others I decided not to do that so as not to mess with the "buffer" provided by Mantis. So, I thought this discoloration must have another cause. I have concluded that it is caused by PH fluctuation. At first I was mixing the Mantis the day I used it. This was my mistake. My experience has taught me that it is best to mix the Mantis at least 2 days ahead of projected use because the Mantis buffers slowly. It's not like advanced nutrients which adjusts PH rather quickly. After making that adjustment, I've still seen the discoloration, but not as much as before. Other than that, the plants seem to love it. I'm having to defoliate weekly because the plants bounce back so fast. I do think the PH fluctuation depends on the strain of weed being grown because I am growing many different strains currently and not all of them show the discoloration. Based on my experience so far, Mantis seems to be a winner. I'm grateful to you for introducing this product to the forum. You were right to get excited about this product. It is a game changer. The box is even more automated and the simplicity of using Mantis is a no brainer. I'm stoked. I've ordered more as I don't think 1 liter is enough for a full grow cycle in a Producer, (Yet to be determined) and I don't want to run out in the middle of this grow. Dude, I appreciate you. I love you. We are one. Thanks for being here. God bless you. Peace out.

I find the more the water circulates the better PH buffer works I put in a little pump for that it helps for PH stabilization. Peace and love back at you brother

Cool. That makes since. Good looking out my friend. Could you elaborate on the additional water pump installation? Thanks.
